Lunch:  Chicken Vegetable Soup
Snack:  Whey Protein Smoothie w/ strawberries
Dinner:  Pork loin, Zucchini, Yam, Nuts, glass of wine

1 mi Run 30 Knees-to-elbows 75 Double Unders 800 m Run 20 Knees-to-elbows 50 Double Unders 400 m Run 10 Knees-to-elbows 25 Double Unders
