Breakfast:  2 eggs, 1/2 avocado, grape tomatoes, cukes, Americano w/ splash of heavy cream
Lunch:  Orange Beef, Nuts
Dinner:  Hamburger Patty, broccoli
Dessert:  banana, nuts, glass of red wine
